Phase Two Vendor Evaluation
During the Request for Proposal process we use a comprehensive screening and evaluation process, using our proprietary Internet vendor database. The goal is to narrow a broad list of vendors to three or four finalists who have the capability and services to satisfy the identified objectives.
After we complete our evaluation of all of the service and investment qualifications of each of the services providers, as well as their multiple and differing fee structures, we provide our clients with a comprehensive summary of our findings. Supported by specific reports, charts, and graphs, our analysis will include:
A summary of vendor strengths
and limitations
Questions and issues to address with the
vendors to explore potential limitations
Suggested approaches for dealing with
potential limitations
DC Advisors will also coordinate the final vendor presentations with the service providers. Once these presentations are completed, we will assist the client in reviewing the final candidates to determine which vendor will provide the ideal plan services in the most cost effective manner.
Throughout the evaluation process, DC Advisors will negotiate fees and services with the service providers on our clients behalf. Working with the clients legal counsel, we will ensure that the service provider contract fairly represents the interests of the client.
