Service Provider Evaluation
Our provider search process is broken down into three phases:
Phase One – Project Plan and Needs Analysis
The provider evaluation process begins with the construction of a formal project plan highlighting key project dates, and is followed by the development of the project goals and objectives. The Goals and Objectives statement, along with a prioritized list of specific service needs and plan operating summary, plays a critical roll in developing an appropriate Request for Proposal document and in ultimately reshaping the plan to be most responsive to the client’s needs.
