Chief Financial Officer
& Chief Compliance Officer

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Lisa oversees all company administrative and financial systems, including finance, accounting, information technology, and human resources.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Lisa oversees DCAdvisors’ compliance program, functioning as an independent and objective body that monitors and evaluates compliance issues within the organization. Lisa provides guidance for the Board of Directors and senior management on matters relating to the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, and assures that behavior in the organization meets DCAdvisors’ standards of conduct.

Lisa possesses over 25 years of experience in defined contribution plan design, implementation, administration, and consulting. Her background combines human resources and retirement plan consulting experience, providing her with unique perspective on the needs of both plan participants and plan sponsors.

Prior to joining Defined Contribution Advisors, Inc. in 1996, Lisa was Director of Client Services for Watson Wyatt Worldwide in Minneapolis. In this capacity she managed a staff of administrators, programmers, and consultants, responsible for all aspects of defined contribution plan servicing.  Prior to this position, Lisa held several progressively responsible positions in the ten years she spent with Wyatt.  She was also a member of Wyatt's National Defined Contribution Practice Committee.

Lisa also spent three years as a 401(k) plan sponsor with Coldwell Banker in Los Angeles.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
