Our utilization reports graphically display
how participants are using the program. The reports analyze employee data by such factors
as age, service, compensation level, account balance, location, and investment fund. We
provide commentary regarding areas that are performing well and areas that need
improvement.
As part of our ongoing plan management services for clients, we provide routine consulting and plan design support. Clients receive advice on modifications and the ramifications of those changes to the program. In addition, we also monitor trends and developments in the marketplace and provide clients with industry updates as products and services change.
Finally, we provide full documentation of meetings, presentation materials and decisions for our clients on an ongoing basis. Our committee minutes book is a key source of documentation in the event of an inquiry by participants or external regulatory agencies.
